Biography

The association “Armonia di Famiglie” since 2012 is regularly registered in the Regional Register of Voluntary Associations. Armonia di Famiglie was born in Pescara in 2007 from the commitment of a group of volunteers, formed for the Liturgical Animation of the Sunday Mass at 9:30 and the Animation of Weddings and Ceremonies. A fundamental value that unites all the members of the association is the awareness that, in a world now secularized and devoid of moral and Christian values, indispensable for a civil coexistence, the life of every individual cannot achieve its fullness if it does not rest on the solid basis of the Christian faith, an indispensable value that, together with the moral one,  each family of the association transmits daily to its children, aware that the challenges that every day life submits to us cannot be adequately faced without trusting in the help and intervention of the One who is the Author of life, Jesus Christ.

The Spiritual Guide of the Association was Father Egidio Ricci, of the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin.

Currently the guide of the Association is Father Francesco Maria D’Incecco who guides us in spiritual and liturgical formation.

Once a week at 21:00, generally before the singing rehearsals, a formative catechesis of the association is organized. All this before the limitations related to the spread of the Coronavirus. We currently adhere to compliance with the rules and restrictions.

The headquarters is located in Pescara, in Largo Madonna, 4 and the association aims to operate, non-profit in the following sectors:

• Social
• Recreational
• Cultural

for the exclusive pursuit of social solidarity purposes, which have as their purpose socio-educational, socio-welfare and cultural initiatives in favor of citizens and their families of the parish.

Alongside these activities, the Association organizes outings: days of retreat, reflection and pilgrimage and convivial activities, such as dinners and moments of meeting and joyful sharing, Christmas concerts and hosted in other parishes.

The association is open to all those who wish to share the aims of the same.
