Biography

The choral formation “Doiniţa” was founded in 2007 by the current manager and music teacher Mrs Svetlana Rebeja at Lyceum Sireţi.

From the day of foundation up today, the choral formation enjoys of permanently support from Sireţi hall headed by Mr Valeriu Carteră. Through Council hall decision the members of formation are insured with indemnity at any out, with free transport, scenic costumes in sum of 60 thousands lei. Also due to to the hall support the choral formation has the possibility to travel at concerts and choral festivals to abroad which requires high costs.

For the last three years the choral “ Doiniţa” has been developing a vast activity at both district and republic level, participating at two national competitions. In september 2012 Liviu Borlan from Romania, Baia Mare participated at International Choral Festival. In this choral festival  he got a great experience regarding the organisation of such manifestation and he has worthy of popularity diploma of this competition.

At the International competion-festival from October 16 ,2014 “ The leaf rusted  from vineyard  ” the choral formation “ Doiniţa” obtained the competition silver diploma.
