Nepal, the country of Mount Everest and birthplace of Lord Buddha, is also best recognized for its oldest cultural heritage and customs. Although the country is very small, it has its own ethnic, cultural and geographical diversity. Each ethnic group here has its own culture, customs, crafts, music and dances. The country itself is a melting pot of folklore, folk dances, folk music and classical music. In this modern age, it is very essential to preserve and promote such traditional folk/classical dances. And this need was realized by a group of various artists and the institution came to life from the name Falebase Rodhi Folk Dance and Music Art, Nepal.

In order to preserve and preserve traditional Nepalese classical, modern and popular music and dances in the national and international arena, Falebase Rodhi was founded in 2010 and registered as an unprofitable and non-governmental cultural organization with the approval and recognition of the Government of Nepal. .

Most of the promoters of this group are veteran folk/classical artists from Nepal who have participated and performed in various cultural programs in various parts of the country and also in international folk festivals. .
