The choir of the S. Ya. Lemeshev Children’s Music School “Brevis” was founded in 2009, is actively involved in creative activities, successfully participating in school events and performing at various concert venues in Moscow. The concert repertoire of the choir covers a wide panorama of domestic and foreign music, from ancient to the latest compositions. The choir is the Laureate of the 1st degree of the V International Festival-Competition. W. A. ​​Mozart (Prague, 2010), Laureate of the 1st degree of the 72nd International Festival-Competition of the Children’s and Youth Competition “Running on the Waves” (2011), Winner of the Choir Festival of Musical Music School and Children’s Art School of Moscow “Music is always with you” named after. G.A. Struve (2012), Laureate of the 1st degree of the VIII Moscow International Festival of Slavic Music (2012), Laureate of the 1st degree of the X International Festival of Children and Youth Creativity “Talisman of Good Luck” (2013), Laureate of the 2nd degree of the VI Children and Youth Choral Festival “Cyril and Methodius” (2014), Laureate of the 1st degree of the 1st open competition-festival “Return to the Origins” (2014), Diploma-recipient of the XVI Moscow Children’s and Youth Choral Festival-Competition for the best performance of sacred music “Christmas Song” (2015), Bronze medalist of the Second Children’s and Youth choral championship of the world (St. Petersburg, 2015).
