The Choir was founded in 1998 by Elżbieta and Krzysztof Nakliccy in LOGOS High School in Świnoujście. From 2004 it operates in the City Community Center as City Female Choir Logos. The choir is comprised of girls from various schools in Świnoujście. The repertoire embraces contemporary, religious, pop and folk music. LOGOS has won numerous prizes in national and international contests. After a tragic loss of Elżbieta Naklicka in 2019 the choir is led by her daughter, Dorota Naklicka with help of Przemysław Krawczyński – the assistant conductor. The choir is made up of young people who share a mutual love of singing and music. Dorota Naklicka is a graduate of Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz, Poland. She has also studied in Zoltan Kodaly Musical Pedagogy Institute in Kecskemet, Hungary. She works as a choral conductor, music and vocal teacher and cultural animator. Świnoujście is a city and seaport on the north-west border of Poland. The city is well known for its beaches and health resorts. It is located between the Świna river, Baltic Sea and the German border. The city stretches over three big islands: Uznam, Wolin and Karsibór. It also lays claim to several dozen (44) small, uninhabited islands.
