Biography

The liturgical-musical choir “JOBEL” was formally born on November 30, 2003 with a real rite of election of its members. His formation is preceded by a period of reflection and spiritual growth that began with the Jubilee Year 2000, which helped to establish its name. The choir aims to promote initiatives aimed at sensitizing, through music, singing, dance and other forms of expression, spiritual growth, maturation, the capacity for dialogue, artistic and expressive of its members, as well as the capacity to bear witness to Christian values.
The choir consists of about 103 members, including 31 children’s voices, 40 sopranos, 10 altos, 8 tenors, 4 basses, 4 guitarists, 2 organists, 1 drummer, 1 clarinetist, 1 oboist and 1 trombonist.
