“ArmonicaMente”, is a non-profit association of social promotion, which today has 31 members.

Pursuant to art. 2 of the Statute, the associative purposes are mainly related to the study and performance of polyphonic music and, therefore, to the deepening in collective form and to the dissemination of polyphonic choral music both sacred and profane of every era and style, with particular attention to the popular, linguistic and musical traditions of Sardinia.

Within the association, therefore, the “Marianna Bussalai Choir” matures, born as a partnership since November 2014, which aims to organize social promotion activities, cultural and musical activities such as courses, concerts, events and, with a view to growth, also publications of texts and editorial and / or record products. The choir is a place of experience, research and privileged culture, where each member contributes to the realization of an artistic product, which is always in the making. It is the expression of a “group” that learns by “helping” itself, that “grows together”, that sees in cooperative learning the highest form of knowledge and emotional sharing.

In choral singing there are social rules of listening, comparison, respect, which must be known, shared and observed and which make this experience much more than an experience of musical education. It is, in fact, education to “feel good together”, establishing a serene atmosphere, enhancing the area of affectivity, creating bonds of interaction and “empathy” to learn with serenity and motivation.

In this context, the association promotes all the activities that can contribute to cementing the friendship between the members, also through collaboration with the Municipality of Orani and all the other various social realities present in the area and promote artistic and cultural exchanges with other associations and / or institutions existing in the world.
