The choir POP ORISTANO-POP COR, is a mixed polyphonic choir formed in November 2015, which with its repertoire, wanted to stand out within the wide choral offer of the province of Oristano. It was born from the passion for music that unites all its members and from the desire to explore all its forms, ranging from the pop genre to rock, both in Italian and international, winking at the typical swing of the thirties and forties, up to the famous Christmas songs, proposed both a cappella and accompanied by musical instruments.

The choir has performed in several concerts in the city of Oristano and in the province and since 2017 organizes the review “Singing In Spring” for pop choirs. It is directed since its training by the teacher Sara Careddu and is accompanied on the piano by the teacher Alessandra Medde and on percussion and classical guitar by Giorgio Usai.
