Biography

The choir of Massenzatico was born in 1983 thanks to a small group of young people who have
began to animate the Sunday liturgies.
In the following years they joined the choir young people who studied at idml and
conservatory, which have enriched the choir, today the staff is about twenty people.
It is named after Don Paolo Ronzoni since 2007, our deceased parish priest but always
present in the heart of all of us.
As a parish choir we have participated several times in the Review of Diocesan Choirs
winning in 2013, later we started to participate as a Choir of Unity
Pastoral Saint Paul VI winning in 2019.
The task of the choir is mainly to animate the Sunday liturgies, sacraments and occasions
details even off-site.
There have been several directors, now the director is Ronzoni Rita graduated from IDML:
Diocesan Institute of Music and Liturgy of Reggio Emilia.
