The Italian Vocal Ensemble “Angelus Novus”, was born as a vocal octet and aims to deepen and disseminate a repertoire of polyphonic music ranging from the ‘500 to the contemporaries. On certain occasions it avails itself of the collaboration of instrumentalists, and can expand its staff for particular performances (masses, oratorios). Born in February 2020 and immediately after the closure of the quarantine, it debuts in concert in Vasto (Rassegna CantalChiostro organized by the association I Cantori della Torre).
It is made up of professionals, and is proud of the collaboration of Professor Isabella Crisante as a vocal trainer.
The public success obtained at its debut, promises to achieve excellent results. The first CD (Panorama on sacred music) is being prepared, comparisons on the vocality of the ‘500 and ‘900. It is directed by Maestro Paolo Crisante.
