The SIRENES Chamber Choir was founded in September 2015, although members of the choir have known each other and sung together for a dozen or more years, some even for several decades. The choir performs during independent concerts, makes recordings and participates in both national and international competitions.
The choir enjoys working together with other musical ensembles, is involved in charity work, and takes part in projects with musicians representing diverse musical styles.
The repertoire of the SIRENES Chamber Choir is wide ranging covering works by both Polish and foreign composers of different periods, sacred as well as secular. Since September 2016, the choir has been run by the Sirenes Foundation.
The Hashtag Lab Contemporary Music Space in Warsaw became the home of the SIRENES Chamber Choir in 2023.
