Renaissance and Baroque Singing

The Masterclass of Renaissance and Baroque Singing is aimed at vocal ensembles, choristers, choir directors, melodic and harmonic instrumentalists for a vocal experience and performance practice of the repertoire under study (instrumentalists will be involved in the practice of doubling the voice or replacing it, decreasing and practicing the basso continuo).
The practice of ancient vocality, in its expressive and technical assumptions functional to concertation and singing practice in the performance of polyphonic music with and without accompaniment, will be accompanied by historical-stylistic insights.
It is required to participate in the masterclass the knowledge of at least two pieces in the list:

Pamela Lucciarini is a singer specialized in Renaissance and Baroque music, she sings as a soloist in the major international Festivals and Theaters: Opera Garnier, Parco della Musica, Vancouver, Jeddah, Antwerp, Ravenna Festival, Citèe de la Musique, Utrecht, Festival delle Nazioni, Bologna Festival. Graduated in piano, dancer, creative in the field of live entertainment, in her recitals she sings accompanying herself on the harpsichord or piano collaborating with actors, musicians, and graphic artists.
She made her debut as Donna Elvira in Mozart's Don Giovanni and then sang in Cavalli's Dido in Turin and in Mozart's Ascanio in Alba in Stavanger under the direction of Fabio Biondi.
In 2009 he took part in the production of Jommelli's Demofoonte conducted by Riccardo Muti at the Palais Garnier in Paris and at Ravenna Festival.
In the same year, in Paris and at the Regensburg Festival, together with the ensemble La Venexiana she sang in Monteverdi's Coronation of Poppea, a performance later published by the Glossa record label.
He has collaborated on several occasions with Europa Galante, Cantar Lontano, Cappella Artemisia, Ensemble Infinito, Pera Ensemble and Freitagsakademie; with his group "Recitarcantando", specialized in the repertoire of the seventeenth century, he has held concerts for various Italian musical institutions.
His repertoire also includes contemporary music, including the first absolute performances of works by Silvia Colasanti, Francesco Maria Paradiso, Paolo Furlani.
Among his recordings stand out Antigono di Mazzoni, under the direction of Enrico Onofri, and Le cantate del Papa with unpublished works of the Roman seventeenth century.
