The San Leone Choir boasts more than 30 years of activity and a consolidated experience at the service of the liturgy.
The collective consists of about 22 voices and is accompanied on the organ by Maestro Pierantonio Agostini.
For 6 years the choir has been directed by soprano Daniela Ceccaroni.
The liturgical repertoire is purely classical: pieces by Mozart, Bach, Vivaldi, Saint Saens, Lecot, Frisina etc. are performed…
The choir takes care of the animation of the solemn liturgies that take place in the parish and to offer charity concerts, occasions in which the repertoire is light and modern, with pieces by Cohen, Rutter, Jackson, De Andrè, De Marzi, etc.
He won the first prize at the first edition of the competition of the choirs of the Diocese of Rome promoted by Radiopiù: "Cantate Inni con Arte".
