Biography

The choir was founded in September 2009 in Antey St. André at the beginning of the splendid Matterhorn valley, immediately the choir takes a new direction in the repertoire and in the use of vocal color, for this reason in his concert activity he has always distinguished himself and has been appreciated for his way of proposing a popular repertoire, research and new composition, which expresses the imposing beauty of the places of his people.

In its 6 years of activity the choir has carried out intense concert activity, proposing a dozen elaborations and harmonizations of traditional songs and research, and as many unpublished songs.

In 2014 the choir began recording its repertoire. On May 24, 2015 the choir participates in the event “Conto cento, canto pace”, a concert held in the Arena di Verona on the occasion of the centenary of the great war.

In the summer of 2015 he participated in the opening of “Cervino 150”, for the occasion the choir presented the unpublished song “La conquista del Cervino”.

On 6, 7 and 8 November 2015 he participated in the “Salerno Festival” important singing festival as the only representative of Valle d’Aosta, performing in concerts on the Amalfi coast and in prestigious concert halls in the city of Salerno.
