The Father Angelo Mutterle Choral Group Association, born from a desire to live in an authentic way the values of friendship and solidarity, which unite those who love Polyphonic singing, has proposed, from the beginning, to make known to an ever wider public, the social value and the unifying force of sacred and profane polyphony of all times.
Under the guidance of Maestro Guglielmo French, the choir began and continues its journey with enthusiasm and optimism, with the hope of becoming an example of passion for polyphony, growth and social and cultural elevation for their beloved city.
The association is registered ARCC (Regional Association of Campania).
From 1993 to 1999 the group organized the National Competition for Polyphonic Choirs “Premio Mutterle” now in its 6th edition.
Since 1997 he has joined the “Forum of Cultural Associations of the Campania Region”.
Since 1997, moreover, organizes the Review “Corinsieme” hosting choirs of proven artistic value.
In November 2000 he participated in the Review “Advent Songs in Prague”, resulting in the choir that has obtained the highest appreciation among the radio listeners of the Czech Republic.
In June 2001 she participated in the 4th edition of the International Choirs Festival of Alta Pusteria (South Tyrol), also on the day of the awards she was indicated, among the hundred choirs present, as a guide choir in the song “Va Pensiero”.
In May 2002 it celebrated ten years of activity with the sixth edition of the “Corinsieme” Festival.
In January 2003 she participated in the 9th International Festival of Choral Singing held in Paris at the UNESCO headquarters.
In May 2003 he participated in the Matelica (MC) Festival.
In September 2003 he participated in the Polyphonic Festival of Reggio Calabria.
In June 2004 musical meetings in Bonorva (SS), organized by Polifonica Logudorese.

On 2 and 3 September 2006 he organized in Battipaglia “Spettacolo Evento” with the participation of internationally renowned artists, including Pia Panciotti, Stefano Forti, Silvia Luzzi and Valentino Miserachs Grau.

In 2010 he won the International Prize of Sacred Music “Tu Es Petrus” conferred by Cardinal Crescenzio Sepe.
In 2012 the choir won the Silver Diploma and the Special Prize for Best Performance at the Chorus INSIDE SUMMER International Festival and the Golden Diploma at the CHORUS INSIDE CHRISTMAS International Festival.
December 1, 2013 at the Parish of Santa Maria della Speranza in Battipaglia, the choir animated the Holy Mass on the occasion of the Ceremony for the 21st year of activity remember Father Angelo Mutterle.
