The Choir was formed in 2008 in the hamlet of Brattirò (CS), a period in which the late Don Giuseppe Furchì led the Brattiroese parish.
Don Giuseppe had given his contribution to the birth and affirmation of the choir and thanks to the commitment of the members of this “organism” he had managed to form a united and industrious group of people who gave him a hand also in the management and care of the parish.
The priest was proud of this group, composed of non-professional people, but very motivated and willing. Between the members of the choir and the previous parish priest there has always been a frank and sincere relationship, of friendship and respect. And the same can be said now that in Brattirò the parish priest is Don Sergio Meligrana, a young priest who has worked and always works to support such initiatives that represent a moment of growth for the entire community.
Today the members of the choir are 20 and perform a rich repertoire that grows from month to month, with always new pieces typical of Eucharistic celebrations, interpreted with growing skill and constant commitment.
