Biography

The Introdacquese Choir “L’eco della Maiella” was founded in the autumn of last year (2016) by Maestro Vito Di Benedetto, former director of the Polyphonic Choir of Introdacqua since 1986 from which the present choir, has inherited several elements, carried out numerous tours such as in 1987 and 1992 at the International Choir Festival of Clusone (BG) and obtained prizes as in 1992 when it obtained the Silver Cup at the IV International Competition of Verona. The choir’s repertoire embraces wide musical genres, from sacred and profane polyphony, to popular music, touching on Italian and foreign songs.
