The choir “I Cantori della Torre” was born by the will of one of the members of the Ass.ne Vigili del Fuoco on leave, Antonio Cardone, with a view to promoting cultural activities within the Association itself. It takes its name from the Diomede del Moro Tower, currently the operational headquarters of the Association. The Tower of 1400 has been renovated by the Fire Brigade and entrusted by the owners to the Association for the performance of activities such as music courses, theater, entertainment, shows and over time has become a cultural reference point for the entire city of Vasto. The Choir began its activities in 2017 when it was entrusted to the direction of Maestro Paolo Crisante. The work done for the vocal and musical growth of the collective has allowed the choir to prepare a rich repertoire containing pieces of both the Abruzzo tradition and classical polyphony.
